Whistleblower system (HINSCHG)
Compliance with our ethical standards and applicable laws is an integral part of our corporate culture. Interquell Cereals GmbH´s whistleblower system is a central element in this regard, which contributes to the promotion of and compliance with our corporate culture in our business units and in our supply chains.
What can be reported
Our whistleblower system, the Interquell Whistlebox, can be used to report suspected violations and risks that affect our employees, our direct or indirect suppliers in the supply chains of Interquell Cereals GmbH or other business partners, such as violations of:
- Applicable laws and regulations
- Harassment or discrimination of certain persons/groups
- Violations of human rights and workers‘ rights
- Violations of environmental protection regulations
- Bribery & corruption
- Data protection
Who can submit a report
Anyone inside or outside our organization can be a whistleblower. For example, you can submit a report as an employee in production, in the offices, sales and/or logistics of Interquell Cereals GmbH, as an employee of one of our suppliers in our supply chain, but also as an independent third party.
