Faith traditions create obligations

Kosher

Many religions have their own, very strict dietary laws. In Judaism, it is the preparation that determines whether a food is permitted for consumption – i.e. kosher – or not. This also covers the preparation of grain. Orthodox Jews, in particular, follow the dietary laws very strictly, so our products are inspected and certified by Rabbi Y. Ehrenberg of the Jewish community in Berlin.
